Ray Tuminello joins the Will County Board as a Commissioner
I was sworn in as a member of the Will County Board by Clerk Nancy Shultz Voots at the County Board Meeting on December 18, 2014. I want to personally thank all of those who have helped me get to this point. I plan on hitting the ground running and using my 12 years of Municipal Government experience to help guide me through the tough decisions that lie ahead at the County level.
Will County is a very diverse area that encompasses about 850 square miles and has almost 700,000 people living in it. It is also home to the Will County Forest Preserve District where I will serve as a Forest Preserve Commissioner. I look forward to overseeing the 20,000+ acres of land as well as the 116 miles of trails that the Forest Preserve currently oversees.
It has always been my policy to have open communication with all of my district residents. If you have any questions, issues or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
Thank you and have a great day!
